We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our vibrant office in Brentwood, TN. Job Overview:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist at EPP, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, systematic, and looking for career growth in the future! *This a Hybrid Remote role (after the completion of training) that requires 3 days in our Brentwood office a week, M-F. * Accounts Payable Specialist Key Responsibilities: Process and review invoices for accuracy and completeness. Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts. Code and enter invoices into the accounting system. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments. Reconcile accounts payable transactions. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date. Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries. Review expense reports and credit cards for accurate coding to ensure they are within company policy. Maintain vendor files and records. Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. Skills Required: Must have experience with Excel and be computer literate. 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience required.
