Description: An established foreign food manufacturer expands business in the United States and is currently looking for an experienced, driven and dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join the Sales and Marketing Department. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining sales and marketing activities. Major Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer relationships with Ecommerce channels through customer meetings, site visits, etc. to meet sales projections set by the Company Prepare forecast and monthly, quarterly, and annual sales report to the top management Create, update, and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (web analytics, rankings, etc.) Manage and create marketing literature to augment the company’s presence in the market Relay customer and consumer feedback to inner teams, i.e., R&D, Production, Quality, etc. Update R&D team on a variety of food trends to create new SKUs and improve existing recipes Being a key member of weekly/monthly sensory tasting to provide instant feedback on product quality Participate in nation-wide food shows to approach business opportunities with prospects Attend roadshows to be brand ambassadors Assist the sales and marketing department to implement new sales initiatives Perform other tasks as assigned Job Type

Bachelor’s degree required 1-2 years experience with leadership and social media management in a sales organization/business unit in the food industry Working knowledge of sales cycles according to customer types, i.e., retailers, wholesalers, food services, etc. Prior experience with Asian Ethnic retailers and wholesaler preferred Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills Ability to organize and prioritize in a fast paced environment Ability and willingness to travel throughout assigned sales territory domestically and/or internationally as needed Excellent attention to detail and organization Bilingual in English and Mandarin required Proficient in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, etc. Additional Information
