Job Description
Develop and maintain customer relationships with e-commerce channels through customer meetings, site visits, etc. to meet sales projections set by the Company
Prepare forecast and monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to the top management
Create, update, and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (web analytics, rankings, etc.)
Manage and create marketing literature to augment the company’s presence in the market
Relay customer and consumer feedback to inner teams, i.e., R&D, Production, Quality, etc.
Update R&D team on a variety of food trends to create new SKUs and improve existing recipes
Being a key member of weekly/monthly sensory tasting to provide instant feedback on product quality
Participate in nation‑wide food shows to approach business opportunities with prospects
Attend roadshows to be brand ambassadors
Assist the sales and marketing department to implement new sales initiatives
Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
1-2 years experience with leadership and social media management in a sales organization/business unit in the food industry
Working knowledge of sales cycles according to customer types, i.e., retailers, wholesalers, food services, etc. Prior experience with Asian Ethnic retailers and wholesalers preferred
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize in a fast paced environment
Ability and willingness to travel throughout assigned sales territory domestically and/or internationally as needed
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Bilingual in English and Mandarin required
Proficient in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, etc.
