As we continue to expand our institutional footprint, we are looking to hire a
Consultant Relations Associate
to support and grow our engagement with the global consultant community.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and strengthening relationships with global investment consultants.
Coordinate and respond to consultant inquiries, data requests, RFPs, and DDQs.
Update and maintain consultant databases and platforms (e.g., eVestment, Mercer GIMD, Callan).
Support the preparation of presentations, due diligence materials, and strategy updates.
Collaborate across investment, IR, and marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency.
Monitor consultant activity and track engagement through CRM systems.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in investor relations, consultant relations, investment management, or financial services.
Familiarity with institutional consultant platforms and database requirements a plus.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate investment ideas clearly and professionally.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working under deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree required; progress toward CFA or CAIA is a plus.
