About the Opportunity We are a growing and stable fund with a wonderful culture, a collaborative team, and kind people at our core. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the inner workings of our Investor Relations (IR) function. As an integral member of our team, you will focus on the operational needs of our IR efforts. Your contributions will be critical in supporting our expanding investor base and ensuring operational excellence.

The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Investor Relations Operations Analyst/Associate to support our team. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and is eager to learn and grow within the fund. This role is highly operational and will focus on the efficient management of investor data, reporting, and due diligence.

Core Responsibilities

CRM Management (Backstop):

Serve as the power user for our Backstop CRM. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the integrity of investor data, uploading subscription documents and other relevant information, and generating a variety of reports.

Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) Automation:

Become deeply involved in the implementation of our new AI-powered DDQ system, CENTRL. You will become a subject matter expert on this platform and will be responsible for preparing and answering due diligence questionnaires on behalf of the IR team.

Data Verification and Reporting:

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all investor data and documentation. You will run regular reports for the IR and leadership teams, providing critical insights into investor activity and engagement.

Investor Lifecycle Support:

Assist with the administrative components of the investor lifecycle, including the review of subscription documents, ongoing service requests, and client onboarding processes.

Process Enhancement:

Identify and recommend ways to improve efficiency and workflow for IR operations as the fund grows. You will help create and maintain procedural documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.

Experience with CRM software, preferably Backstop, is highly desirable.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive, can-do attitude with a hunger to learn.
