In this role, you will utilize your expertise in home lending products to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout their loan journey, supported by our knowledgeable Home Lending team. You will ensure compliance with all regulatory standards while promoting Chase's financial products, offering a unique opportunity to advance your career and make a significant impact. Job Responsibilities: Coach and mentor branch team members on products and services. Collaborate with bankers, meet with clients, and introduce new customers to banking services. Create an exceptional customer experience using various marketing channels including direct mail, media ads, cross-sell efforts, and digital platforms. Develop strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations within designated territories. Establish yourself as a mortgage expert and maintain good client relationships. Provide consultative financial recommendations based on analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or real estate. At least 3 years of mortgage lending and retail banking sales experience. Knowledge of local real estate markets. Excellent communication skills. Understanding of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines. Preferred Qualifications: FHA/VA sales experience. Strong marketing, relationship-building, and consulting skills. Proficiency in Windows environment. This role requires compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act and SAFE Act regulations, including NMLS registration.
