Responsibilities
Training and mentoring branch staff on products and services.
Collaborating with bankers to meet customer needs and introduce new clients.
Creating an outstanding customer experience through various marketing efforts.
Building strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
Maintaining good relationships with customers and providing expert financial advice.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or real estate.
3+ years of mortgage lending and sales experience.
Knowledge of local real estate markets.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
Preferred skills include FHA / VA sales experience, relationship building, and intermediate PC skills.
This position requires compliance with the Dodd-Frank / Truth in Lending Act and SAFE Act, including registration with NMLS and a review of criminal and credit history. Employment is contingent upon meeting these requirements.
