Kairos is headquartered in Irvine, California. Job Summary: KIMC is looking for a Senior Analyst to provide support to the Asset Management Team. This role will be responsible for conducting and documenting investment analysis for both commercial and multi-family projects. This role provides an opportunity to gain Investment Management exposure in an entrepreneurial private equity environment with frequent exposure to the company’s executives. Job Responsibilities: Assist in presentations to senior management and investor reporting. Thoroughly analyze the impact of lease transactions and capital projects to property value (discounted cash flow analysis) and cash-on-cash returns. Maintain and analyze weekly lease comps & traffic reports. Assist with annual operating budgets, capital budgets and business plans. Monitor LIHTC compliance and essential housing required reporting. Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual operational financial reports. Due diligence and analysis for refinances and dispositions. Prepare cash flow and capital distribution waterfalls. Prepare and maintain reforecasting and fund cash flow models. Qualifications & Competencies

: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university in economics, finance, accounting, real estate, or related field (MBA a plus). 2 – 4 years of overall direct real estate experience. Proficiency in Argus and other real estate analytical tools and software. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and complex financial modeling including CAM Reconciliations. Experience working with commercial office and multi-family product. Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills. Thorough understanding of the physical and financial aspects of property performance, and the relationship between the two. Well-organized and detailed oriented individual with the highest degree of integrity, motivation and intellectual curiosity. Skilled in working across heavily matrixed organizations which requires significant influencing and collaboration skills. Ability to work in Irvine, CA office 5 days a week. Some travel expected. Compensation: The annual U.S. based wage range for this full-time position is $95,000 – $115,000 annually. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location and experience take into account internal equity.
