Find acquisition properties Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network Investment property lead generation Investment property lead follow-up Listing appointments Investment property buyer and seller sales Execute appointments Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction Qualifications
A real estate license is required Great communication Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality Compensation $140,000 at plan commissions Keller Williams — Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturallyrich offices in LA.
