Overview
Job Title: Audit Manager • Location: Jacksonville, FL, 32202 • Employment Type: Permanent | Onsite Responsibilities
Lead and support multiple engagement teams concurrently to complete financial statement audits. Communicate effectively with clients to set expectations, resolve technical and service issues, and deliver value-added insights. Train, coach, and supervise junior team members, providing regular feedback and guidance. Serve as a trusted business adviser to clients, offering recommendations for operational and financial improvements. Collaborate with colleagues on proposals, business development, and cross-functional projects. Represent the firm at recruiting and professional networking events. Utilize audit technology, automation, and digitization tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with US GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB rules, and other applicable standards. Travel to client sites as required (approximately 25%). Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field. Minimum five (5) years of progressive public accounting experience with a mid-sized to large firm (must be public accounting, not internal audit). Active CPA license. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have Skills): PCAOB or public company audit experience. Exposure to or curiosity about audit automation and digitization tools. Why Join Us
