Job Description AgriSompo provides advanced analytics to address risk and exposures across its product lines. This role emphasizes providing superior customer service to Agents and Insureds, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in billing statements, indemnity payments, posting of insured payments, cashed checks, refunds, debt notifications, collection activities, and compliance with RMA regulations. Job Responsibilities Process indemnity payments daily with accuracy and timeliness. Post and allocate incoming payments accurately, ensuring proper reconciliation. Prepare, review, and implement payment agreements, monitoring adherence and resolving issues. Issue debt notifications and oversee collections, complying with policies and RMA requirements. Prepare and distribute monthly billing statements accurately and timely. Review refunds for accuracy and compliance. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving billing issues. Research and utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to improve processes and decision-making. Report non-compliance with laws or ethical standards to management. Perform additional duties to support departmental and organizational goals. Education High School Diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience. Experience Minimum 1 year of office and customer service experience. Knowledge of crop insurance policies, agricultural practices, or regulations is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Attention to detail and ability to perform complex functions. Ability to work independently and in teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of AI tools and a willingness to learn new technologies. Multitasking and timely task completion. Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of RMA guidelines and requirements. Proficiency in relevant software, policies, and procedures.
