The SFA will be responsible for providing financial leadership to the Immunology Therapeutic Area. The SFA will be an integral member of the Innovative Medicine Immunology Finance team helping to deliver on portfolio valuation analyses, shaping business cases, and providing recommendations on investment decisions. The SFA will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on portfolio prioritization, value creation, and meeting financial targets. Immunology is one of J&J\'s largest, most successful business units and you will have the opportunity to be part of the team fueling the next generation of J&J growth and leadership. Responsibilities
Partner across R&D, GCSO, Supply Chain, and Business Development to align financial assumptions, analyze and model projected value of investments, solve ad-hoc business issues, and lead financial cycles including Latest Thinking, Business Plan, and Long-Range Financial Plan, ensuring execution, accuracy, and compliance of quarterly close. Prepare and present Immunology financials to Finance, R&D, and GCSO leadership teams. Partner with Business Development in support of External Innovation and L&A/M&A projects. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance. MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications preferred. Minimum of three years of finance experience required. Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker who can work in a team environment. Ability to take leadership roles in various functions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and recommend and implement operational improvements; able to work independently and handle several tasks simultaneously. This role will be located in Spring House, PA, Raritan, NJ, or Titusville, NJ, with up to 10% travel. Location & Travel
