We are seeking an experienced

Financial Advisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have

a minimum of three years of experience

in financial planning and hold the

Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation . This role involves working closely with clients to develop tailored financial plans, manage investment portfolios, and provide ongoing financial guidance. Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive financial plans that align with clients\' short- and long-term goals. Conduct in-depth financial assessments, including cash flow analysis, investment strategies, risk management, retirement planning, tax efficiency, and estate planning. Provide personalized investment recommendations and portfolio management strategies. Educate clients on financial concepts and guide them through complex financial decisions. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and uphold fiduciary responsibilities. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive communication and regular reviews. Collaborate with internal team members to deliver holistic financial solutions. Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and financial planning best practices. Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of three years of financial planning experience

in a private firm or wealth management setting. Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment strategies, tax planning, and risk management. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
