Having experience as a financial planner is a plus, but not required. As a Financial Planner, you will gain hands-on experience in: •
Protection Planning:
Advising clients on life, disability, and long-term care insurance to protect against unforeseen risks and ensure financial stability. Full comprehensive worksite/ group product portfolio. •
Investment Strategies:
Creating and delivering personalized investment solutions aligned with clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and timelines. •
Comprehensive Financial Planning:
Providing holistic financial guidance, including retirement planning, education funding, tax efficiency, and estate strategies. Responsibilities: • Create personalized financial strategies integrating life insurance, investment management, retirement planning, tax efficiency, and estate considerations • Develop Holistic Financial Plans • Conduct Comprehensive Client Discovery • Understand each client’s financial goals, values, risk tolerance, and protection needs through in-depth fact-finding and goal-based discussions • Present and Implement Insurance Solutions • Design and maintain diversified investment strategies that reflect long-term goals, market conditions, and financial plans • Deliver Ongoing Advice and Plan Reviews • Ensure Compliance and Fiduciary Integrity • Maintain a high standard of ethics, meet all regulatory and firm guidelines, and always act in the client’s best interest • Collaborate with Internal Specialists • Hands-on comprehensive weekly training in the office/ remote Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field • Experience in Financial Planning is a plus • Must be post-graduate • Life and Health License

• SIE, Series 7, Series 63/65/66/(CFP not required but good to have.
