The Office of Institutional Data, Evaluation, Accreditation, and Strategic Planning at the School of Medicine Greenville is seeking to hire a Data and Evaluation Analyst to join our team. The Data and Evaluation Analyst, reporting directly to the Director of Institutional Data and Evaluation, supports faculty, staff, and administration through collecting and managing institutional data, developing institutional surveys and reports, and conducting thoughtful and informative data analysis. Job Summary

Collects and maintains data on student, course, and program performance. Supports evaluation across all phases of the curriculum. Uses both quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to fulfill institutional reporting requirements and ad-hoc requests. Responsibilities

Develops multiple reports analyzing student, course, and program-level data and performance. Develops individual student performance dashboards for Student Evaluation and Promotion Committee review. Reviews and supports data collection and analysis for the Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE) letters. Responds to internal and external ad-hoc requests for statistical analysis and report development. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a job-related field and 2 or more years of job-related experience. Experience with collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting quantitative and qualitative data. Advanced skills with Excel, including formula writing, pivot tables, charts, macros, VBA, etc. Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree and 1 year related experience or a bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience. Experience with programming languages, e.g. R, Python, SQL, JavaScript. Experience with relational database management systems, e.g. MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL. EEO Statement
