Controller
to take charge of our financial operations and drive strategic growth. As a key member of our leadership team, the
Controller
will ensure financial stability, oversee budgeting, and guide accounting functions with precision and expertise.
Controller Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Planning:
The
Controller
will develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives, ensuring long-term success and profitability.
Budget Oversight:
As the
Controller , you will manage and monitor budgets across departments, analyze variances, and provide insights for cost control and financial efficiency.
Accounting Leadership:
The
Controller
will lead the accounting team, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations.
Month-End Closing & Reporting:
The
Controller
will oversee month-end closing procedures, preparing financial reports that provide transparency and data-driven insights.
Audit & Compliance:
The
Controller
will manage financial audits, liaise with external auditors, and ensure full compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Controller Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, including Controller roles. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Experience managing financial audits and compliance requirements. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
