The purpose of the Production Data Controller is to collect and enter data and maintain accurate records while maintaining inventory levels, releasing work orders, purchase orders for raw material and supporting the wider production team Key Responsibilities
Maintaining Inventory levels Maintain effective communications with production, sales and dispatch teams Releasing work orders for designated production departments Assist in controlling production costs while maintaining quality standards Determine work constraints impacting production scheduling and on time deliveries Coordinate with the wider team in resolving production planning and control issues Prepare purchase orders for raw materials and Inventory Communicate production data updates to Managers on a regular basis Supporting your Production Data colleagues and the wider Capacity Planning Team Ad hoc duties requested by Supervisor or Management Team Strong IT background (desired) Strong computer literacy. Your Skills and Experience
Ideally you will have previous experience relevant to the role or a strong desire to learn Be able to meaningfully analyze data Excellent attention to detail Must be able to work unsupervised and effectively in a team Knowledge and understanding of ERP/MRP systems (desired) Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment How to Apply
