Senior Social Services Specialist (IV)

Carry a caseload of investigative cases Manage high‑profile and/or challenging cases Serve in a leadership position, on‑call or backup as needed Coach and guide staff working the most challenging cases in all program areas Assist staff development at all levels, per leadership direction Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent plus nine years of professional experience in protective services (casework, investigation, foster care, adoption, crisis intervention) and a valid driver’s license Preferred Qualifications
Ability to travel throughout Missouri as needed Availability for on‑call rotation one weekend a month Valid driver’s license required Benefits
