Job Summary Southern Nazarene University is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a graduate assistant for the SNU Men’s & Women’s Rugby Program. The Program competes in the National Collegiate Rugby Association. The successful candidate will have a mature, growing relationship with Christ and collegiate coaching and/or playing experience. Applicants must be willing to also help lead a JV/(B) program if applicable and assist as a member of the varsity coaching staff in all areas.
Responsibilities
Assist the Head Coach in providing leadership for the SNU Men’s & Women’s Rugby Programs.
Play an integral role in the day-to-day administrative responsibilities, player/team spiritual development, daily team training, evaluation and recruitment of student-athletes, academic monitoring, and skill development of players.
This position must work within SNU and NCR guidelines to provide student-athletes with an exceptional collegiate experience while competing for championships.
Qualifications

Supervision Receives supervision and work assignments from the Head Rugby Coach; other staff may provide work direction.
Supervision Exercised May be responsible for the coordination of work assignments for student employees.
