Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements. Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. Analyze financial data and provide management with meaningful insights and recommendations. Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. Assist with external audits and provide required documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA designation or progress toward CPA preferred. 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
