Senior Manager of Collections
to lead and enhance their collections operations. This is a high-visibility role with strong leadership support and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on the firm’s financial performance. Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr Location: Downtown Los Angeles | Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days remote) What You’ll Do
Oversee and improve the collections process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Partner with accounting managers, administrators, and attorneys to resolve complex collection matters. Review accounts receivable and determine best strategies for overdue accounts. Communicate directly with clients to address payment issues and provide account details. Prepare and distribute collection letters, reports, and account statements. Safeguard sensitive financial and client information. What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in collections or inventory management, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment. Proven success in implementing collections strategies that improve cash flow and reduce receivables. Familiarity with collections technology, automation, or AI-driven tools. Why Join
