Overview
Relationship Banker I (College Mall Branch) at Regions Bank. Prior teller, limited banking, or some retail sales experience can lead to growth and upward mobility within Regions. Primary Responsibilities
Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling customer transactional needs (deposits, withdrawals, payments, etc.). Answer inquiries regarding products and services; fulfill basic servicing requests (new/replacement cards, information changes, PIN resets, check reorders, basic problem resolution). Develop relationships with customers by remaining informed about their relationship with the bank. Educate customers on standard consumer products and digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM offerings). Assist branch and team members with basic tasks to aid customer problem resolution. May conduct outbound calls using lead lists to educate customers on emerging technology and financial needs. Refer customers to internal specialists for more complex financial goals and needs. Follow bank processes and regulations; contribute to sound banking practices and manage operational risks. Help achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions solutions. This position tracks time for hours beyond 40 per week and is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. It is also eligible for incentive pay plans. Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Ability to work Saturdays as needed Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels Proficiency with computer use, including typing and sustained monitor attention Ability to walk and stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds Preferences
One (1) year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience Skills And Competencies

Pay ranges are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions and vary with experience, skills, location, and performance. The Metropolitan Statistical Area market ranges are used for target figures. Minimum Job Range Target: $35,299.47 USD Median $40,230.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan with performance-based incentives.
