The Night Auditor ensures accurate front‑office operations during the 11 PM‑7 AM shift, reviewing daily close‑out reports, reconciling accounts, and providing guest service. Responsibilities
Perform shift closing and audit front‑office reports. Process guest check‑in and check‑out, greeting guests with a friendly welcome. Reconcile cashier’s reports with the restaurant system each night. Maintain cash and house account balances, preparing daily management and accounting reports. Assist with front‑desk duties including reservations, phone calls, wake‑up calls, and guest messages. Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Accounting, or related major (preferred). At least 1 year of related hospitality experience; prior Night Audit experience is preferred. Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational, analytical, and customer‑service skills. Self‑directed, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication in English; a second language is desirable. Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Pyramid Global Hospitality by 2x.
