Location: Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough, 230 rooms, 3,500 sq ft event space, restaurant, and bar.
Responsibilities
Financial Duties:
Balancing daily revenue and expenses
Auditing and posting guest charges
Preparing daily reports and financial statements
Reconciling cash and credit card transactions
Guest Services:
Assisting guests with inquiries and requests
Checking guests in and out as needed
Resolving guest issues promptly and efficiently
Administrative Tasks:
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Completing necessary paperwork and reportsAssisting with various administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
Previous experience in hotel night auditing or a related field
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Proficiency in computer systems and software, including property management systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
