We are excited to partner with a local organization to identify a meticulous Administrative Bookkeeper. The Administrative Bookkeeper provides both
financial recordkeeping
and
administrative support
to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role combines accounting duties—such as managing ledgers, processing transactions, and reconciling accounts—with general office coordination, correspondence, and record management.
Onsite position near Perry Heights
$70K-$85K
What you’ll be doing!
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
Manage accounts payable and receivable; process invoices and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Prepare financial reports, expense summaries, and budget tracking spreadsheets.
Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records.
Assist with payroll preparation and employee expense reimbursements.
Support tax preparation and coordinate with accountants or auditors as needed.
Perform general office tasks, including filing, scheduling, correspondence, and calendaring.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and routine inquiries.
Support management with documentation, reports, and administrative tasks.
Uphold the confidentiality of financial and personal information.
What you’ll need to succeed!
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or certificate in bookkeeping, accounting, or business preferred).
Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration.
Proficiency with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Excel).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive information.
