Public Staff Accountant

Vaco is currently in need of a Staff Accountant for a reputable and growing company near Caldwell, NJ. Must have public accounting experience. The Staff Accountant is responsible for the following: Overseeing accounting operations Maintaining general ledger accounts Handling AP/AR Journal entries Managing account reconciliations Assisting with month-end close Preparing financial statements Requirements for the Staff Accountant: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred Public accounting experience is a MUST Strong Excel skills are highly preferred Seniority level
