Base pay range
$125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Our client is a leading global investment firm with over $200bn of real estate capital under management. They are looking to add an associate on their asset management team, focusing on all transactions and strategy of assets in the portfolio. This includes assistance with acquisitions underwriting and asset visits, strategy and execution of value enhancement strategies and analysis related to refinancing and dispositions. Responsibilities
Financial modeling and analysis. Refinancing and disposition transactions. Investment valuations and return projections. Conducting strategic asset reviews. Market research and data mining. Comparable sale / company analysis. Leasing analysis. Development of presentations. Drafting of memoranda for internal and external use. Qualifications
1-4 years of total work experience within a technical real estate seat. Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution. Demonstrated professional and academic achievement. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Strong quantitative skills, including knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Seniority level
