Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, budgeting, and planning, including monthly data entry and annual budget preparation Manage financial transactions, report submissions, and proforma preparation in compliance with GAAP Execute data queries to analyze financial data and ensure compliance with organizational policies Develop and recommend policies and procedures for financial processes and improvements Perform additional duties as assigned to support the finance operations group What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible relevant work experience Completion of 36 hours of accounting courses or demonstrated proficiency in accounting principles (GAAP) Prior experience in an Academic Health Center or relevant financial analysis related to operational improvements Highly proficient in PC applications, particularly database and spreadsheet software with intermediate skills in complex functions and formulas How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
