Overview
ProSidian Seeks an Audit Coordination Specialist [DOE0042041] for Program Support on an exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent, generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington. Supports DOE EM Hanford in a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. This position is for a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Finance and Administration functional area / swim lane / category discipline professional - General Support Services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO); ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time employed W-2 position.
Job responsibilities and qualifications reflect a focus on Environmental Management Sector clients, including DOE. The work generally supports the U.S. Department of Energy – Environmental Management, Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM / HFO) and related DOE consolidation centers. Finance and administration expertise strengthen compliance, accountability, resource efficiency, and financial stewardship for Hanford mission success.
Responsibilities and Duties
Plan and coordinate audits, track findings, support corrective actions, and maintain audit records.
Provide Finance and Administration management, human resources, legal, accounting, auditing, information technology, logistics, and transportation support as part of General Support Services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO).
Identify role(s) located in the Pacific Northwest Region (CONUS) near Richland, Washington. Work site address: 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, WA 99354 (subject to change; remote work may be possible).
Qualifications
5–8+ years QA/audit experience; DOE experience preferred.
BS or equivalent; auditing certifications beneficial.
Functional and technical experience aligned with Environmental Management Sector and Audit Coordination Specialist roles in Finance and Administration disciplines.
Skills & Competencies
Primarily focused on program and project management support within daily business activities and Finance & Administration functional areas.
Audit planning, records management, corrective action tracking.
Objectivity, persistence, organization; teamwork, leadership, and effective communication.
Other Details
Travel: Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved by the Contracting Officer (CO) in advance, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
Security: ProSidian personnel shall have a Facility Clearance; some roles may require a DOE clearance as indicated in the task description.
Place of Performance: Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, WA (on-site with possible remote work as approved).
Government-Furnished Resources: Office space, computer workstations, and required software will be provided at HFO to support task performance; on-site work predominates with some remote support as approved.
