Job Overview

Provide services and support as a Human Resources Operations and Data Specialist in General Support Services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector, focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy – Environmental Management, Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM / HFO) and DOE – Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC). Roles are generally located in the CONUS - Richland, Washington and across the Pacific Northwest Region. Business and procurement support optimize resources, ensure compliance, streamline acquisitions, and strengthen Hanford mission execution efficiency. Responsibilities and Duties

Manage recruiting, onboarding, HRIS, reporting, employee services. This role provides services and support for Program Office #02 Assistant Manager for Business & Assistant Manager for Procurement under Job Task #02.09 - Human Resources Operations and Data Specialist with Support Functions for Finance & Budget Support, Procurement/Contract Administration Support, Workforce Management & Training Support, Compensation Program Act Business Support, and Audit Coordination Support. Analyze HR data, support onboarding, manage policies, and assist in organizational budget monitoring. Optimize HR operations through comprehensive data analysis, effective recruitment, onboarding processes, and development/management of HR policies and systems. Locations: Pacific Northwest Region, CONUS - Richland, Washington. Initial work site: 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, WA 99354 (subject to change or remote work). Qualifications

4–7+ years HR experience; DOE contractor HR experience is helpful. Education: BA/BS in HR/Business; SHRM certifications helpful. Functional alignment with Environmental Management Sector and responsibilities for Oversight and General Support Services under Job Task Category 02 Assistant Manager for Business & Assistant Manager for Procurement. Skills: Recruiting, HRIS, metrics, employee relations; program/project management support; familiarity with HR operations and data dashboards. Ancillary Details

Build HR dashboards for DOE reporting. Functional attributes include HR operations & data. Job Tasks include a broad spectrum of support responsibilities for Hanford Field Office (HFO) GSS; staffing levels may vary +/-15% during the period of performance. Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the CO in advance in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. Security: ProSidian personnel shall have a Facility Clearance; DOE clearance may be required for work. Place of Performance: Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, WA. Government-Furnished Resources: Office space, computers, and required software at HFO; work conducted predominantly on-site with some remote support as approved. Other Details
