Warehouse Controller role at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream. Responsibilities

Ensure full implementation of FRONERI policy and procedures in the workplace. Establish clear control and visibility of stocks, including development, implementation, and compliance with internal controls (e.g., Financial Year/Month Closing, Allergen, RFA/RSPO). Coach, develop, organize, train, assign, supervise, and evaluate Stock Controllers/Lead Pushers staff as individuals and as a team, including career and succession planning. Ensure full transparency of costs and financial impact to the organization of supply chain decisions. Prepare daily/weekly warehouse KPIs and reports. Develop checklists (daily, weekly, monthly) for warehouse operations and ensure effectiveness. Develop procedures for Supervisors, Stock Controllers and Pusher Leaders; ensure full implementation. Plan and conduct cycle counting according to the Inventory Counting Procedure. Follow up on write-offs/stock adjustments with clear reason codes; investigate and review logbooks for history of receiving, movement, and consumption. Monitor weekly transactions (ET, EV, IE & PI) and ensure stock control during shift handovers. Collaborate with WHS/QA to address production/mix partial returns to avoid write-offs and scrap risk. Coordinate with internal and external operations; act as key contact for 3PL and buyers regarding material reception. Establish and organize housekeeping efforts and adhere to FEFO (first expiry – first out) policy unless advised otherwise. Monitor critical materials or blocked materials, analyze causes, and track corrective actions. Set warehouse standards and procedures; adapt to ad-hoc requirements and supply chain changes. Provide advance information daily/weekly to align with teams and cross-functional partners on warehouse operations within the planned period. Maintain 5S in the workplace. Oversee TNT process with stakeholders (buyers/QA/WHS/3PL), apply thaw period as per TNT matrix and coordinate with NPD/QA for updates; ensure timely thaw/refreeze requests and correct material statuses. Build, maintain, and manage relationships with 3PL suppliers; ensure effective communication and performance, including 3PL invoicing, contracts, and inventory reconciliation. Conduct stock counts at 3PL warehouses per policy; ensure cross-functional communication for urgencies or issues. Manage 3PL service providers within budget; track productivity and Procure-to-Pay processes; resolve day-to-day issues and drive continuous 3PL improvement. Foster a culture of accountability and safe, compliant operations. Position Qualifications

18 years of age or older Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent interpersonal communication, math, and problem-solving skills Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience One year of related experience (preferred) Work Environment

Regularly work with others in a wet/humid environment, high noise level, around mechanical, electrical, and pressurized equipment; fast-paced. Cold temperatures in parts of the facility; cold-protective PPE required Standing, lifting, and walking in refrigerated zones; fast-paced with strict production timelines High-speed manufacturing floor with frequent line changes; occasional long standing and repetitive tasks Food safety hygiene requirements (gloves, hairnets, etc.) and team-oriented collaboration Seniority level
