Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents; generate and handle traffic, qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork and processes. Ensure model apartments are in touring condition. Orient prospective and current residents to the property. Process renewal paperwork and deliver documentation to current residents monthly. Maintain accurate and detailed records of traffic activity and follow up with all prospective residents via phone, mail or email. Convert phone traffic into scheduled appointments for property tours. Inspect apartments prior to move-ins and coordinate move-in/out needs with the maintenance team. Create and maintain confidential resident files, review move-in paperwork with new residents, and complete weekly leasing reports in a timely manner. Ensure all open and close procedures are completed daily. Support ongoing resident relations and respond to requests promptly and accurately. Research competitive properties and inspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, notifying maintenance of needed repairs. Assist with processing work order requests and provide clerical support as needed. May assist with planning resident activities to increase retention. Comply with all company policies, health and safety rules, and applicable laws. Performs other duties as assigned. Education And Experience

High school diploma required. Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred. One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred. Skills And Requirements

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others. Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or equivalent system preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of management; ability to handle confidential matters. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency. Detail-oriented communication; ability to convey technical concerns clearly. English literacy (read, write, comprehend, converse). Ability to use general office equipment and a key track system. Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to cope with and defuse difficult situations. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance required.
