Overview Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a mid-senior level

Counsel

to join our Real Estate group and support our team. Our Real Estate team advises developers, investors, lenders, and tenants on complex commercial real estate transactions across all asset classes. We support clients through the full property lifecycle including acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and disposition, with additional strengths in joint ventures, economic incentives, and hospitality-related matters.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on real estate and financing transactions for lenders, owners, and developers.

Negotiate and close agreements in connection with construction loans, term loans, leases, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and other development matters.

Advise clients on land use and zoning matters, construction contracts and disputes.

Manage complex transactions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

6–10 years of legal commercial real estate experience.

Strong background in advising lenders, owners, and developers on real estate and financing transactions.

Experience negotiating and closing agreements in connection with construction loans, term loans, leases, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and other development matters.

Background advising clients on land use and zoning matters, construction contracts and disputes.

Ability to manage complex transactions and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
