Our client is seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Partner to join their leading Real Estate practice in New York. The team represents a wide array of market-leading clients in sophisticated, high-value real estate transactions and development projects across the U.S. and globally. $500,000.00/yr - $1,000,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to institutional investors, developers, REITs, lenders, operators, and corporations in real estate transactions. Lead and manage complex transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, leasing, and development projects. Build and lead multidisciplinary teams across finance, tax, environmental, litigation, construction, fund formation, and more, to provide seamless client service. Provide strategic guidance on matters involving public-private partnerships, distressed real estate, and international investments. Advise clients on regulatory compliance including land use, zoning, permitting, environmental issues, and the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA). Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and admission to the New York State Bar. Extensive experience in sophisticated real estate transactions and development projects. A strong client base and demonstrated ability to generate business. Deep knowledge of one or more areas such as: financing, construction and design contracts, REITs, inbound/outbound investment, distressed real estate, and/or tax-advantaged deals. Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills. Access to a premier platform with a national and global reach.
