Active Secret Clearance Join to apply for the Assistant FSO - (DoD Secret) role at Rackner. The AFWERX Technical Operations Branch supports risk management, cybersecurity, and flight test program management for both manned and unmanned tests. Responsibilities
Provide administrative, security management, Information Protection (IP), and AntiTerrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) to AFRL/RGOS. Tasks may include participation on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), analyzing problems, defining alternative solutions, providing recommendations, writing reports, and accomplishing tasks defined in individual task orders/projects. Ensure that no foreign national is released or granted access to USG information without direct USG approval. May have access to information at unclassified and sensitive levels. Comply with ITAR (22 CFR Parts 120-130 and amendments), Arms Export Control Act, Defense Trade Security Initiatives, and relevant DoD/USAF policies regarding ITAR and data handling, including non-FMS cases. Adhere to foreign travel requirements as identified in the Foreign Country Clearance Guide. Assist in maintaining secure facilities and respond to alarms in accordance with USAF requirements and AFRL Operating Instructions (OIs). Receive and secure classified information. Provide security input for contracting documents and assist in security classifications and related tasks as required. What Will Make You Successful
Conduct independent security studies and analyses with general direction. Assist the Chief of Information Protection to integrate security program requirements across programs per DoD, USAF, and MAJCOM policies. Provide security input for SOW, SOO, CONOPS, ST&E, DID, DD Form 254, and related DoD contract security specifications. Prepare DD Form 254s for signature and distribution and assist in preparing Security Classification/Declassification Guides for AFRL programs. Provide technical security advisory support to senior program leaders and management staff on protection architecture matters. Participate in security working groups and meetings as required. Ensure compliance with DoD, USAF, AFMC security directives, including NISPOM and associated supplements and manuals. Develop and coordinate security guidance for USG/industry teams and provide technical support and guidance as needed. Who We Are
