Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account/Supervisor specializing in Tax and Accounting at our Phoenix, AZ office. The candidate will be responsible for tax compliance and planning, overseeing/performing accounting operations and managing their client portfolio.

Qualifications

Strong background in Tax Compliance and advisory

Proficiency in Accounting and Financial Statements preparation

Excellent client advisory skills and ability to develop strategic financial solutions

Effective leadership and mentoring capabilities

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, tax, services

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field desired
