The client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing finance team in Doral, Florida. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and collaborates across departments to ensure accuracy and compliance. The right candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English), organized, and eager to contribute to a rapidly expanding international business. Base pay range
$65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable: invoicing, posting payments, reconciliations, and collections Maintain compliance with credit insurance, onboarding, and customer documentation Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry in QuickBooks Enterprise Support month-end close, internal audits, and external audit preparation Collaborate with sales and operations teams to balance compliance with efficiency Monitor and report on AR aging, payment trends, and credit risk Identify and support process improvements, including automation initiatives Qualifications
2–4 years of accounting experience (distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing preferred) Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes and compliance practices Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise; ERP experience (Sage Intacct or Visual) a plus Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Base salary: $60,000 – $70,000, depending on experience Opportunity to grow within a global organization Reasonover Talent Group is a third-party recruitment firm acting on behalf of our client for this search.
