Support the implementation of a new ERP system (NetSuite) Establish month end processes and own the monthly close Ensure robust US GAAP financial controls are implemented including ASC 606 revenue recognition Oversee both the US and Canadian entities and support the setup of new international entities as the business scales Own the year end process working closely with auditors Liaise with tax advisors to ensure tax compliance Manage all day to day accounting activities (AP, AR, balance sheet reconciliations, payroll) Support the Head of Finance with ad-hoc projects Support the CFO with cash flow forecasting, annual budgeting and strategic planning What you need
Either a qualified CPA (ideally Big 4) or experienced accountant in a SaaS or Tech start-up Excited to work in a scale-up business Commercially astute and able to build relationships with senior stakeholders What we’d like to see
Degree in Accounting or MBA CPA qualification is preferred Experience in a rapid growth VC backed SaaS or Tech start-up or scale-up environment Technical expertise in US GAAP (ASC 606) Package & Location
Package: $180,000 - $220,000 USD + Share Options Location: LA (Hybrid model) How to apply
