We are looking for an experienced Restoration Technician to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.
You are IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team. You will be working in a drug-free environment, and it is expected of all employees to comply with our no-smoking policy when in the van and at jobsites.
Responsibilities
Follow job site safety and job procedures Complete work with complete customer satisfaction in mind Be a flexible team player and always demonstrate a positive attitude Perform production/restoration process per work order and Project Manager's instructions Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment Prepare rooms/areas for work activities Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance Communicate openly with crew chief and other technicians Qualifications
2 years of experience in water mitigation 2 years of experience in cleaning/restoration IICRC certification (preferred) Valid driver’s license High school diploma/GED Excellent communication and customer care skills Company provided van for going to locations Company paid gas for driving the van to locations Provided uniform Medical expense stipend Physical Requirements
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to work in crawlspaces and attics as required Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time as required Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary Ability to work extended hours, days, nights, and weekends as needed Be drug-free and committed to staying drug-free Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Restoration Support to Help You Get Your Normal Back
