We are seeking an experienced iSeries Developer to design, develop, and maintain business software systems, with a focus on ERP applications and integration of third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Aldon LMI, RPGIV, RPGSQL, SQLRPGLE, ILE, and SQL, and will contribute to system architecture, process optimization, and technical documentation. Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and debug programs using ILE RPG (RPG IV), CL, and SQL. Modify existing applications to enhance performance and meet evolving business requirements. Maintain and support API applications and interactive screens. Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design and enhance ERP systems and integrations with third-party applications. Work with DB2 for i to manage relational databases and ensure data integrity. Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and support project planning. Provide application support, including off-hours when necessary. Create and maintain technical documentation, including program specifications and user guides. Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Provide production support and troubleshoot live environment issues. Transfer knowledge through documentation and training. Participate in change management using Aldon (Rocket Software). Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. 2–5 years of professional experience in programming, systems analysis, or software development. Proficiency in IBMi Operating Systems (OS/400), ILE RPG, RPGLE, CL, SQL. Experience with IBM Rational Developer for i (RDI) and DB2/400. Experience with source control tools (Git, Azure DevOps) and collaboration platforms (MS Teams, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Jira, MS Planner). Experience with Aldon / Rocket Software for change management.
