is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and performance tuning of the organization\'s database systems, with a primary focus on the Electronic Health Record System (EHRS). This includes ensuring data integrity, security, compliance, and availability. The DBA also supports reporting functions and collaborates with internal teams to implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and manage integrations with third-party systems. Qualifications Required : To perform this job successfully, the applicant must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required; reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field At least 2 years of professional experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar role Proficiency in SQL Server (2016 or later), including stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning Experience with reporting tools, especially Crystal Reports Experience with PowerBI Experience with database form design Experience with EHR systems preferred (e.g., Welligent, SmartCare, or similar) Strong understanding of database security and HIPAA compliance Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000/annually Qualifications (continued)
