Epic Application Analyst – Willow Inpatient / Ambulatory
Join the Xtensys team as an Epic Application Analyst supporting Willow Inpatient and Ambulatory clinical and financial applications. Work with cross‑functional teams to install, configure, train, and maintain Epic software and related reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities
Provide intermediate system‑level support for multi‑user Epic applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools.
Install, configure, train, maintain, and troubleshoot Epic applications and related tools.
Participate in project planning sessions to establish goals, milestones, and procedures.
Lead change management, testing, and incident management activities for assigned modules.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to promote application usage, provide coaching, and deliver training.
Analyze and resolve complex application problems; propose solutions and communicate decisions.
Maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and standard operating procedures.
Demonstrate ownership, initiative, and the ability to work under minimal guidance.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in technology and/or healthcare application support.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and offer solutions for clinical and financial systems.
Experience with Epic application modules is preferred.
Understanding of project management concepts and methodology.
Pharmacy experience is a plus (not required).
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inpatient certification required.
Travel & Physical Requirements
25% travel.
Sedentary work with occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.
