This mid-level position is designed to grow with the Client Support team, with opportunities for advancement within a global, tech-enabled environment. Responsibilities
First point of contact for clients and digital service providers Provide email support via Zendesk Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical and content-related issues Escalate issues when appropriate and communicate with the Client Support Operations team in HQ (Amsterdam) and other global offices Check release quality, edit and research musical releases from clients according to criteria Create support documentation, training guides and procedures Test software improvements and bug fixes Collaborate with development teams to provide feedback on internal updates and new features to a broad client base Who you are
1+ year of professional work experience in a client-facing role for a (music) tech company Clear passion for music and affinity with the online music industry Data-driven with ability to analyze data to improve efficiency Customer- and detail-oriented with strong communication skills Analytical problem-solver Desire to work in a tech-savvy environment and develop new skills Hard-working, organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks Team player, comfortable with an agile management process Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Who we are

Base salary range for the United States: $45,000 - $55,000 annually. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and skills. Downtown offers a market-competitive total rewards program including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, and generous paid time off. This range does not include variable components.
