Silver Springs Office - Cape Girardeau, MO (On-Site)
Schedule:
Full-Time, Non-Exempt | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (occasional evenings as needed)
Pay:

Medical Services Support Specialist , you\'ll play a key part in keeping our behavioral health medical team running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in a medical office, enjoys multitasking, and values meaningful work. What You\'ll Do
As a Medical Services Support Specialist, you\'ll work closely with the Medical Director and provider team to keep our medical services running efficiently. Your key responsibilities include: Reviewing psychiatric provider requests for documents/completion of forms, from outside entities and clients, to ensure compliance with legal and agency requirements Collaborating with nursing, clinical, and operations leaders on special projects Coordinating communications and responding to immediate needs when the Medical Director is offsite Helping onboard and train new providers on schedules and electronic medical records Scheduling provider on-call rotations and distributing schedules Tracking provider data such as schedules, no-show rates, and wait times Collecting and organizing collaborative chart reviews for APN/NP practitioners Assisting with efficiency and quality tracking for medical services Who We\'re Looking For

High School Diploma, GED, or HSE required. At least 1 year of experience in a medical office (2 years preferred). Prior mental health experience is a plus. Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid. Valid driver\'s license, acceptable driving record, and continuous auto insurance. Why Work With Us?
