We are looking for a visionary Archer (GRC) IT Administrator, This role requires a strong leader who can define and deliver scalable, resilient architecture while leveraging AI-assisted development to accelerate modernization and cloud transformation initiatives. Ideal for someone with 15+ years of technical leadership and client-facing delivery experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise digital transformation. The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within St. Louis, MO is $100k - $105k/year & benefits. The Role

Responsibilities: Manage and maintain RSA Archer platform for GRC functions. Administer user access and role-based permissions. Configure Archer applications, fields, and record permissions. Develop and maintain Archer workflows, data-driven events, and calculations. Design and implement dashboards, reports, and notifications. Perform routine maintenance, health checks, and system monitoring. Plan and execute platform upgrades, patches, and migrations. Requirements: 10+ Years of experience in managing and maintaining the RSA Archer platform to support governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes. Provide technical support and resolve user issues in a timely manner. Ensure Archer platform performance, availability, and scalability. Document configurations, changes, and support procedures. Follow change management and security protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and automation. Evaluate and implement best practices for Archer administration. Stay current with RSA Archer enhancements and industry trends. Preferred, but not required: Experience with SA Archer platform to support governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes.
