St Louis, MO & Boise, Idaho Experience:
6 Years L1 – L2 tech troubleshooting skills in the following competencies: Windows laptop provisioning (strong Windows 11 user support experience and moderate MacOS support would fit) Help desk user support skills Experience with IDP like Okta MDM experience in Jamf and/or InTune Day to day will be a mix of very basic in-person troubleshooting, provisioning Windows and MacOS laptops, and general application troubleshooting candidate with our needs. Biggest trait you need is someone with excellent time-management skills, someone self-paced and motivated in finding and absorbing documentation, having a collaborative perspective. Basic application troubleshooting tasks include: Hardware support with laptops, monitors, and peripherals User support and administration within Okta or a similar IDP InTune Jamf Tableau In-house applications with an established escalation path Supporting Chrome User and hardware provisioning Moving and managing hardware and peripheral stock inventory Location and shift coverage needs include: Monday – Friday on-site support for St Louis office and Boise, ID respectively. Availability to cover 8 am to 4 pm, 1 pm to 9 pm, and all 8-hour shifts between Minimal expectations for covering outside shifts
