Key Responsibilities

Client Support:

Greet clients in person or via phone/email; schedule appointments and manage calendars for tax professionals; collect and verify necessary tax documents. Document Management:

Organize and maintain client files (paper and digital); ensure tax documents are complete, accurate, and filed on time; assist in the preparation and submission of tax forms (e.g., W-2s, 1099s, personal and corporate tax returns). Office Operations:

Manage incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and office supplies; invoicing clients, processing payments and issuing receipts for services; maintain accurate invoicing records and monitor outstanding invoices using QuickBooks, with timely follow-up on past due balances; data entry into tax software and databases. Compliance & Confidentiality:

Stay informed on basic tax deadlines and regulations to support the team. Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in administrative roles (tax or accounting firm experience is a plus). Strong computer skills (MS Office and QuickBooks experience preferred). Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Working Hours

Full-time Peak demand during tax season (typically Jan–April), with potential for overtime. How to Apply
