Coordinate closings, escrow transfers, and post‑closing documentation. Support entity formation and annual filings. Conduct legal research and compile case‑relevant information. Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
