Represent clients in personal injury accidents; premises liability, auto, slip & fall, motorcycle, wrongful death, and medical malpractice Manage a heavy case load ensuring all assigned cases move forward in a timely manner and within deadlines Draft pleadings and complaints, file lawsuits, perform legal research, draft motions, propound and respond to discovery, calendar, prepare mediation briefs, trial prep Take and defend depositions Argue motion and opposition hearings remotely and in Court Strategically litigate cases by obtaining key evidence to work up case file Negotiate and settle cases Provide excellent service to all clients Qualifications
J.D & Admission to California State Bar Must have 1-3 years of litigation experience Must be able to work under strict deadlines Excellent oral and written communication skills Highly motivated to learn and grow Benefits
