The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, a passion for advocacy, and the ability to manage a fast-paced caseload involving personal injury litigation from start to finish.Duties:Represent clients in a range of personal injury cases, including vehicle collisions, slip and fall accidents, motorcycle incidents, premises liability claims, and wrongful death actionsManage a high-volume caseload while ensuring the timely progression of each matterDraft legal documents such as pleadings, complaints, motions, mediation briefs, and discovery responsesConduct legal research and prepare strategic litigation materialsPropound and respond to written discoveryParticipate in all aspects of case development, including taking and defending depositionsPresent oral arguments in hearings and attend court proceedings both in person and remotelyEngage in settlement negotiations to resolve claims efficiently and favorablyMaintain consistent communication and deliver high-quality service to clientsRequirements:Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of CaliforniaDemonstrated ability to manage litigation deadlines and multitask under pressureProficiency in legal writing, analysis, and oral advocacyExperience with personal injury law and litigation strongly preferredAbility to independently manage case files from intake through resolutionEducation:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolCertifications:Active license to practice law in CaliforniaSkills:Strong litigation skills, including depositions, motion practice, and trial preparationExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesCritical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesTime management and organizational proficiencyDetail-oriented with a client-focused approachJob Location:Encino, California
